Troy S. Tays Troy Scott Tays, 41, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, February 21, 2005, after a brief illness. Born in Moncton, Troy was a member of C.N.I.B. Troy will be sadly missed by his wife Lisa (Mogan) Tays; sons, Dakota, Harold, Alexander; mother, Brenda (McDonald) Tays, Moncton; maternal grandmother, Helen (Seaman) McDonald, Moncton; and sister, Kimberly, Texas. Predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Harold E. McDonald. There will be no visitation or service by request at this time.
