PORTEOUS, Cecile Margaret Peacefully in Almonte Country Haven on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 in her 86th year. Margaret Smith, beloved wife of the late Arthur Porteous. Loving mother of Thiel (Lois). Grandmother of five grandchildren and nine-great-grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Edna Porteous and Joyce Rollans and brother Gilbert Smith. Predeceased by her daughter Dee Dee Ford and three brothers and three sisters. Friends may call at the ALAN R. BARKER FUNERAL HOME 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Reverend David Mullin officiating.
