René BÉLANGER

BELANGER, Rene Peacefully, in his sleep, on Saturday, February 5, 2005, at the age of 79. Rene was born in New Brunswick, but raised his family in Sept-Iles, Quebec. He was predeceased by his spouse Rita. He leaves behind his children Susan (Tom), Peter (Nicole), Linda (Paul) and Bernie (Susan), and six grandchildren Kevin, Meagan, Sara, Daniel, Leanne and Anna. Rene was home at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre. Many thanks to all the staff on Rideau 2 North, especially Maureen, who took such good care of him for the past four years. Donations to the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated. A Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, February 12 at 11 a.m. at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre Chapel, 1750 Russell Rd., Ottawa, Ontario.
