BELCHER, Richard Stephen On Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at age 35. He will be missed by his wife Caitlin Webster, son Jeremy Belcher, parents Stephen Belcher of Delta, BC and Candace Belcher of New Westminster, BC, and grandparents James Belcher and Vivian Clarke.
