GERVAIS, Laurence Y. (60 Year Member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel C.W.L.) Unexpectedly at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, February 14, 2005 in her 89th year. Laurence Gervais (nee Boisvert) of Pembroke and formerly of Lapasse, beloved wife of the late Leo M. Gervais. Much loved mother of Lucy Sullivan (George) and Loyola Gervais (Norma) both of Pembroke. Predeceased by her son Lionel and daughter Celina Yuill (Jim). Loving Mamere of Michael Sullivan (Lisa), Kitchener, Dr. Colleen Sullivan (Andrew Dunlop), Pembroke, Sharon Hovland (Jeff), Austin, Minn. and Timothy Gervais and great-grandmother to Teegan Hovland and Liam Dunlop. Predeceased by her granddaughter Lynn Gervais, brothers Domina and Lionel Boisvert and sisters Cecile Gagnon and Yvonne Carignan. Daughter of the late Eugene and Mary (nee Durocher) Boisvert. Relatives and friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday after 12:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon, February 17 at 2 o'clock in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke. (Members of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel C.W.L. will meet for prayers at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 3 p.m.). Spring Interment in Our Lady of Carmel Cemetery, Lapasse. In memory of Laurence, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.
