Maria Helena BABELIOWSKY

CADORET, Maria Helena Nee Babeliowsky Employee of D.F.O, 23 years service Peacefully, at the age of 59, in the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre, after a courageous battle with breast cancer, on February 15th, 2005, with her beloved family by her side. Loving Mother to Jody and wonderful Grandma to Erica and Zachary. The youngest of five children, she will be sadly missed by brother Ben (Lise) of Kanata, sisters Friedy (the late Gerard Christenhuis), Anne Marie (Cher) Turel and Pauline (Nico) Hoogland all of Holland. Dear Aunt to Jeff Babelowsky, Jennifer (John) Geleta, and their son Jason of Kanata, and many nieces and nephews in Holland. Predeceased by her parents Bernard and Helena Babeliowsky. Special friend to Gary Jeddrie, Pamela Joliceur and Jeannine Labrie. A celebration of Maria's life will take place at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Road) on Friday, February 18th, 2005 at 2 p.m., with reception to follow. Maria and her family wish to extend our heart-felt thank you to Dr. Keller and Dr. El-Sayad of the Ottawa Cancer Clinic, and the wonderful staff at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre. Special thanks to Dr. Dickie and Nurses Bruce and Sandra. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Breast Cancer Action, and would be appreciated by the family.
