Rex Hazen FORREST

FORREST, REX HAZEN - The death of Rex Hazen Forrest, husband of Ruby (Price) Forrest, occurred on February 26, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Wittenburg, NS, he was the son of the late John and Mabel (MacLean) Forrest. He was employed with Saint John Ship Building Ltd. until his retirement in 1995. He was also a member of the RAOB and a member of the Pipe Fitters Association, Local #213. Besides his wife, he is survived by brother Martin and his wife Isabel of Murray River, BC, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Harry, Harland, Louis, Jack and Albert and his sister Jean. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. There will also be a tribute service at 7 PM on Tuesday, by the RAOB. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at 2 PM, from Brenans Chapel. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery.
