J. John Rostant ELMWOOD, PE - J. John Rostant, 77, of Elmwood and formerly of London, England, passed away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Monday, February 28, 2005. Beloved husband of Freda (nee Elsley). Loving father of Jane Melong (Lloyd), Catherine MacArthur (Greg), Anne Pomeroy (Mark), Claire Monson (Mark), Paul Rostant (Cindy) and Elizabeth MacArthur (Marc). Lovingly remembered by his 16 grandchildren and by his sister, Paula Barham. Predeceased by his parents, Peggy and Leonard Rostant and by his brother, Len Rostant. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Thursday at 9:15, then to St. Anne's Church, Lot 65 for Funeral Mass at 10:00a.m. Interment will take place later in the parish cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2 to 4 only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home or the World Wildlife Federation. www.belvederefh.com
