Alexander "Bud" Watson Gregory, Jr. On Thursday, February 17, 2005 at the age of 74 “Bud” Alexander Watson Gregory Jr., passed away in Ottawa after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his son Michael John (Susan) of Kentville Nova Scotia; daughter Jane Allyson MacArthur of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory; six grandchildren; sister Betty (late Bill Ransom) of Lunenburg Nova Scotia; and brother Robert (Naida nee MacNeil) of Westville, Nova Scotia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Watson attended high school at Horton Academy of Acadia University and later Dalhousie University where he played varsity football. He went on to live and work in many places throughout Canada. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
