EVERETT, MERRILL G. - Of Morrell Siding, age 66, passed away unexpectedly at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on March 9, 2005. Merrill leaves behind his daughters Lynn (Corey) Crawford of Morrell Siding, Charlotte (Pat) Roach of Aroostook, NB; his sons Chris (Laurianne) of Mazerolle Sett., Brian (Jolene) of Morrell Siding, Stephen (Kathy) Perth-Andover; his sisters Ida Mae (Donald) Boone of Perth Andover, Avis (Bernam) Morrell of California Sett., Faye Everett of Perth-Andover; brothers Victor (Ruth) Everett of Aroostook, Elwood (Laurie) Everett of Beaver Dam, Dwight (Nancy) Everett of Charters Sett., his mother-in-law Mary Morrell of Morrell Siding, sister-in-law Kathy (Rick) Christensen of Aroostook; grandchildren Shawn, Stephanie, Emma, Maggie, Samantha, Aaron, Kenzie, Lane, Michael and Kyle. He will be fondly remembered as uncle Buck to his nieces and nephews. Merrill was predeceased by his wife Margaret A. Everett (2003), his sisters Evelyn (Raymond) Boone, Reva (Carl) Langley, and his brother Maynard Everett. Merrill worked for the Dept. of Transportation as a heavy equipment operator for 33 years. He was also an active member of the O.G.C. Racing Team # 8. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday March 12, 2005 at 11 AM from Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Aroostook, NB. Father Curtis Sappier officiating. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the HDSJ Hospital Foundation or to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
