Joseph Dominik March 12, 1938 - March 09, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Gordon F Tompkins Funeral Homes (Township Chapel) Dominik, Joseph On Wednesday March 9th, 2005 three days short of his 67th birthday, Joseph Dominik Passed away at Kingston General Hospital surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with Cancer. He leaves behind his loving mother, Rose Dominik and is predeceased by his father Joseph Dominik Sr. Survived by his beloved wife and best friend Claire Dominik. Lovingly remembered by his children Christine Dominik of Toronto and Michael (Tricia) Dominik of Bath and three grandchildren Michaela Rose, Emma Caroline and John Joseph (Yancsi). Survived by his dear sister Margaret Mech (Ross Wilson) of Ottawa. Proud uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) Thursday March 10th between the hours of 7-9 Pm and Friday March 11th betweeen the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 Pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday March 12 in St. Mary's Catherdral at 10A.m. Rite of committal with prayers to follow at Cataraqui cemetery. for those who wish Memorial donations may be made to either Ongwanada, 191 Portsmouth Avenue K7M-8A6 or the Kingston Regional Cancer Center Palliative care unit. the family extends a special thanks to Dr. Schroeder, Dr. Violla and all those who contributed to his exceptional care at the hospital and at home.
