Edward H. LEBLANC

Edward H. LeBlanc Edward (Eddie) H. LeBlanc, 83, of Moncton, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, March 7, 2005. Born in Fox Creek, son of the late Neri and Regina (Collette) LeBlanc. Eddie was retired from Swift Canadian Ltd. with 20 years service and was former owner of LeBlanc Meat Market, St. Anthony. He was a veteran of the Second World War, served overseas with the Canadian Army in England. Eddie will be sadly missed by his wife, Isabella (Isa) LeBlanc; daughters, Edna Fraser, Brampton, ON, Alice Cassidy (Larry), Jo-Ann Hicks (Glenn), McKees Mills, Jeannette Kelly (Bob), Notre-Dame; sons, Dennis, Burlington, ON, Ted (Huguette), Moncton; grandchildren, Derrick Ashe (Stephanie), Colin Ashe (Jen), Darren and Jeffrey Cassidy, Sherry Spencer (Vince), Douglas Kelly (Debbie), Corey Hicks (Melissa), Carla Jasper (Christian), Melanie and Justin LeBlanc; seven great grandchildren; sister, Irene LeBlanc, Bouctouche; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one son, Alexander (Sandy); brothers, Lionel, Aurele and Fred; sister, Yvonne Mills. No visitation by personal request. Moncton Legion #6 Memorial Service, Monday, March 14, 2005, 11am, followed by the Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton (8581995); Rev. Bernard Sloan officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, St. Anthony Roman Catholic Cemetery.
