PULLEN Mr. George C. 1913 - 2005 The family announce with great sorrow, the gentle passing of our husband/father on Thursday evening January 20th, 2005 in his 92nd year. There remain behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife Rita (née Delaurier), loving father of sons William (Gail) of Elmvale, Bryan (Holly) of Minesing, Harold (Jana) of Hornepayne and daughters Georgia (Wayne) Watkins of Consecon, Victoria (Jim) Stewart of Thunder Bay and Linda (Peter) Osmar of Cochrane. Cherished grandfather of Terry Ann Pullen, Bill Pullen Jr., Steven Watkins, Carrie Lynn Watkins, James Stewart, Jeffrey Osmar, Jordan Osmar, Adam Pullen, Ann Marie Pullen, Trayton Pullen and Alana Pullen. Great grandchildren Tasha & Shelby Watkins, William Pullen and Campbell Walker. Also survived by brothers Morgan (Ethel) of Kirkland Lake and Harold (Gretta) of Matheson and many nephews & nieces. George was predeceased by his parents Frances & Charles Pullen, a sister Violet Chamandy & brother Stanley. He was born in Carleton Place, Ont., and has been a resident of Porcupine since 1975. George was a long time employee of the O.N. Railway. He was an active member of St. Paul's Anglican Church. He had served with Royal Canadian Navy during the Last Great War and was an active member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #287 South Porcupine. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday January 24th, 2005 at 11:00AM at St. Paul's Anglican Church South Porcupine.
