MASK, WILLIAM (Bill) Unexpectedly, during a valiant fight on Friday, February 25th, 2005, surrounded by family, at the Timmins & District Hospital, aged 49 years of Porcupine. Beloved husband of Grace (née Lauay) at home. Loving father of Shanna (Joey) of Porcupine and Matthew (Jessica) of Red Deer, Alberta. Treasured grandfather of Trista Mask. Cherished son of Iola Mask (née James) and the Late Tony Mask (2002). Dear brother of Elizabeth Mask of Oakville. Survived by mother-in-law and father-in-law Bessie and Russell Lauay as well as brother-in-law Jim and sisters-in-law Brenda Robertson, Patricia Mitchell and Sandra Weir, and his Godparents Gloria and Benny Mask. Bill was born on September 9th, 1955 at the South Porcupine General Hospital. He had been employed by Falconbridge-Mettalurgical Division for 31 years. He enjoyed curling (McIntyre, Pamour and Dome curling clubs) and camping. Bill will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends. Remembrance donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation or a charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday March 1st , 2005 at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Jones officiating.
