MacElwee, Margaret Mary (née Ogilvie) 1914-2005 Passed away on Saturday March 5th, 2005 at the Golden Manor. Margaret was in her 91st year. She lived in Timmins until 1950 and moved to Toronto for 37 years returning to Timmins in 1987. She is survived by three daughters Joan and Shirley of Toronto and Doreen of Timmins. Predeceased by her husband Vernon MacElwee Sr. in 1972, Glenda in 1973 and Vernon Jr. in 1992. Also predeceased by 2 infant children Douglas and Lorraine. Survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, by her sister Charlotte of Toronto and Gordon of Timmins. Predeceased by her parents Herbert (1958) and Mary (Minnie) Helen Ogilvie (1951), by her brothers Douglas (1979) and James (1985) and by her sister Geraldine (1986). A Funeral service will be held on Monday March 7th, 2005 at 2 pm at the Sacred Heart Church. Interment to follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations made to the Golden Manor or to the Charity of your Choice will be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Monday March 7th, from 12 (noon) until the time of the funeral at Maison funéraire LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home.
