HALLETT, Clara Louise At Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital (Smiths Falls Site) on Sunday, February 6, 2005. Clara Smith of Philipsville, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of Wendell Hallett. Dear mother of Norma and her husband Stephen Kane of Ch arleston Lake Village, David and his wife Lyne of Kanata. Predeceased by brother Donald Smith as well as step-sisters Helen and Grace. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Anthony and Douglas Hallett, Allison and April Neddow and great grandchildren Ka yla and Cooper. Also survived by a niece Anne and her husband Morley Hunt of Escott. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock.
