RENNIE, Helen At the Carveth Care Centre on February 23, 2005. Helen Miller Rennie (McGinty) passed away, she had been ill for some time. Helen was the eldest daughter of the late James E. and Mary S. McGuinty of Gananoque. Helen was a faithful membe r of Christ Anglican Church, having at one time taught Sunday school and Altar Guild. She was a member of the IODE and Red Cross in Peterborough, Ontario where she resided for several years with her husband, the late Henry Stauton Rennie, manager of the Kawartha Golf and Country Club. Helen was very loving and had a gentle nature. She will be greatly missed by her only sister Jean M. MacKenzie, a cousin Marion L. Miller, sister-in-law Minnie Van Weelie, nieces and nephews Riki (Robert), Jim (Lin da), Tammy, Bill (Sherry), Tina (Dave) and in Victoria, B.C. Merrily (Keith), Portland, Oregon Shelley (Nick). Predeceased by one brother John E. McGinty. Following with Helen's wishes, there will be no visitation. Burial will be held in the Willowba nk Cemetery at a later date. Anyone wishing to remember Helen may make donations to Christ Church Memorial Fund, Gananoque Humane Society or to the Kingston Regional Cancer Centre and would be appreciated.
