Gerald Edward Bridger April 26, 1927 - March 14, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) BRIDGER, Gerald Edward - 77, Dartmouth, passed away March 14, 2005, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Millertown, NL, he was a son of the late Moody and Eunice (Mesh) Bridger. Gerald, his wife Anna Marie and family settled in Dartmouth in 1965. He was a member of Local 51 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union for 36 years and a life member of the Mic Mac Aquatic Club, Dartmouth. Surviving are his wife of almost 50 years, Anna Marie (Benoit); daughters, Denyse Marie, Desirée (John J.) Smith, both of Dartmouth; son, Gary Gerald; brothers, Harold (Marie), Millertown, NL; Carl (Joan), Nippers Harbour, NL; Kevin (Linda) Osmond, Lewisporte, NL; sisters, Maisie McCarroll, Toronto; Shirley (Bill) Baker, Gander, NL; grandchild, Shannon Marie; nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 18, at 2 p.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth. Reception to follow in the funeral home reception centre.
