Ivah LEWIS

Ivah Atkinson Ivah Atkinson, widow of Walter Atkinson, of the Jordan Life Centre, River Glade, formerly of Calhouns, NB, passed away Monday, March 14, 2005 at her residence at the age of 86. Born on October 27, 1918 in Calhouns, she was the daughter of the late Aaron K. and Ida (Hope) Lewis. She is survived by one daughter, June LeBlanc (Alfred) of Moncton; six sons, Floyd (Sylvia) and Leonard (Joyce), both of Petitcodiac, Basil of Ontario, Gerry of Nain, Labrador and Gordon of Moncton; two sisters, Almedia Mitton of Moncton and Eladie Dunn (Caleb) of Salisbury; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; great, great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, her husband Walter; two sons, Stanley and Brian; sisters, Gertrude LeBlanc and Audrey Dawson; brothers, Henry, Roy, Kenneth, Hebert and Wassell, predeceased her. Resting at Cadman's Funeral Home (857-1110), 114 Alma Street, Moncton, with visiting hours on Wednesday from 7 to 9. The funeral service will be held from Cadman's Funeral Home, 114 Alma Street, Moncton, Thursday, March 17, 2005 at 2 pm with Rev. David Evans officiating, with a reception to follow in the funeral home reception room. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.
