Allan Reginald CHEDORE

CHEDORE, ALLAN REGINALD Allan Reginald Chedore, 48, of Fredericton, passed away at home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Although the family feels great sadness, we know that he is enjoying a better place of peace and joy. He was a member of Serenity Free Will Baptist Church. Better known as "Big Al", he was a devoted father, loving husband and son. Allan drove his flat-nose school bus # 27 in District 18 for 15 years. He was a true inspiration to his family and friends, and his memory will be treasured always. Allan is survived by his loving wife Linda (McKinley) Chedore, daughters Amy Chedore and Eva Bouvier, son-inlaw Joe Bouvier, Parents Reginald and Ila Chedore, brother Daniel (Altenna) Chedore, sister Wendy (David) McKinley, brother Neil (Chung) Chedore, sister Diane (Andrew) Hachey, in-laws Jack and Alice McKinley and family, several beloved aunts and uncles, many treasured nieces and nephews that he loved so much, and dear friends Bob (Maria) Matthews. Allan is predeceased by infant sister Donna, and grandparents Gilbert (Elsie) Merrill, and Roland (Alice) Chedore. Pallbearers are Jonathan Morgan, Blake Chedore, Robert Laagland, John Veno, Rick Carr, and Carmen Pond. Please come celebrate the life of Allan Chedore at the Olivet Wesleyan Church, Marysville on Monday, March 21st, 2005 at 2 pm. Visitation will be at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday, March 20th, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Interment will take place at Prince William Cemetery with a Reception to follow at Serenity Free Will Baptist Church, Serenity Lane, Fredericton, NB. Pastor Jeff Crabtree and Pastor Donnie Grant will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Serenity Free Will Baptist Church or to the Chedore family.
