HORNBY, Dorothy, Peacefully with her family by her side, at Bella Senior Care Residence on Thursday, February 24, 2005. Cherished wife of the late William Hornby (1980); dear mother of Debbie (Blaine Boozan); loving grama of Janina (Brent) Gordon, L indsey Southcott and William Hornby. Survived by her grandchildren's father Larry Southcott; great-grandmother of Emma and Iain Gordon. Survived by her sister Shirley Green. She will be sadly missed by Bruce & June Dillon, Karen Burton, Janina Szczep anowski, Mariette Stockwell and many other young friends. Predeceased by her parents Howard and Nan Richards, brothers Roland and Richard, sister Edith Clare (Buck). Dorothy will be sadly missed by friends and family. She was a mother to all. At her request there will be no visitation. Cremation will take place. A celebration of her life will take place at Dom's Pasta Bar & Grill, 3250 Schmon Parkway on Monday, February 28, 2005 at 1 p.m. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers memorial donations ma y be made to the Welland County General Hospital (6th floor).
