FITZGIBBON, Frances "Fran", It is with great sadness that the family of Fran FitzGibbon announce her passing with family present at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Thursday, February 24,2005 after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of Leo for 45 years; loving mother of Trish, Karen and Pam. As per her wishes, cremation and a private family service have taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Fran was about love, devotion and service to her home and family. This was her life.
