TURNER, Robert E. (Bob), After a lengthy illness, Bob peacefully passed away on Monday February 28, 2005 at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital in his 65th year. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Joan of Virgil. Wonderful step-father to Sheila (Kevin) O'Connor, Shirley Saunders (Glenn Jenne) and Brenda (James) Matthews. Dear papa of Bryan, Blair, Kari, Karly and Tyler. Loving father to Jackie, Karen and Robbie. Grandpa to Tayna, Christopher, Elizabeth, James and Shelby. Brother of Ruby, G eorge, Bill, Harry, Shirley, Betty, Mary and Roy. Bob was predeceased by his sister Elsie and his brother John. Bob worked at D. J. Fast Trucking and LaFarge and had a passion for woodworking. A special thank you to Dr. Proodfoot, the Niagara-on-the- Lake Hospital staff and Jim from Life Breath. Mr Turner is at the NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 415 Regent Street, where his family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thur sday at 11:00 o'clock at the funeral home. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Lung Association in memory of Robert.
