PARKINSON, Claude Joseph (Parkie), Of Fonthill passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2005 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Jean (Grant) Parkinson. Born in Guelph, Claude has lived in the Welland area all his life and was employed as a pipe fitter at Stelpipe for many years. Loving father of Pam and her husband Jim Ruiter of Fonthill, Janice and her husband Ken Coles of Welland, Cheryl and her husband Jef Fry of St. Catharines, Heather and her hu sband Sandy DiCenso, Tammy and her husband Tony Tofano and Leonard Parkinson all of Welland. Loving grandfather of Karen, Kim, Brianna, Brian, Karlie and great granddaughter Abby. Predeceased by his parents Leonard and Sarah Parkinson, 1 sister and 1 brother. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the DAVIDSON-WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 152 Hellems Ave., Welland at a later date. Interment of ashes at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery.
