William "Bill" Crawford CHETICAMP, NS. - William "Bill" Crawford, formerly of Dieppe passed away in Cheticamp, NS March 14, 2005 at age 64 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the son of Lucy (Chiasson) Crawford and the late Lloyd Crawford. Bill spent 30 years in the teaching profession and will be remembered for his passion for travel, his quest for knowledge and adventure and his genuine interest in people. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Lucy; wife, Jeannine; son, David; daughters, Cynthia and Carolyn (Perry) Muise; grandchildren, Danielle, Stephane and Mathieu Muise; brother, Jim (Joanne) of Shediac Bridge; sister, Lorraine (Roy) Smith of Ottawa; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Norma. The Funeral was held March 18, 2005 in St. Joseph du Moine, Cape Breton, NS. [Times & Transcript]
