BROWN, (ANNA) JEAN (Anna) Jean Brown of Fredericton, N.B. The passing of Jean Brown (McNerlin), beloved wife of the late David P. Brown, occurred on March 21, 2005 at the age of 81, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital after a short illness. She was the daughter of the late William and Winnie (Alice Gwendoline Southerton) McNerlin. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Zenus) Patterson, Betty (Mike) Brown-Martin and son David (Thérèse) Brown; eight grandchildren, Gregory, Michèle, Jennifer, Darren, Tina, Jessica, Joey and Corey and four greatgrandchildren; her two sisters, Pauline Tracy and Faye (Harold) Parker; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her infant son Gregory, one sister, Dorothy Ivey, and two brothers-in-law, Merrill Ivey and Merle Tracy. She was a member of the Wilmot United Church. Resting at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home, 160 York Street, Fredericton. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 23 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Wilmot United Church on Thursday, March 24 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Bob Jones will officiate. Interment will take place at the Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date.
