Mr. John Samuel Savage September 15, 1922 - March 21, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Richmond Funeral Home Born in Vancouver, September 22, 1922, passed away March 21, 2005 in Richmond General Hospital. He will be remembered always with love by his wife of 55 years, Bjorg, his daughter Karin (Terry), his son John and his grandsons Dylan and Derek. Jack's life from birth to his passing was spent in one home on the farm he loved surrounded by his family and friends. Predeceased by his father, John, his mother Clara and his brother Arthur. He will be sadly missed by his brother Doug (Marg), sisters Marie, Anna (Johnny), all his nieces and nephews and a lifelong circle of friends. Jack was a proud member of the Richmond Masonic Lodge for 51 years. A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held at the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Rd, Richmond on Tuesday, March 29 at 2:00 pm. Jack will be cremated and interred with his mother and grandparents in a private family service at a later date.
