Mary "Maria" Guzyk (née Kozak) June 25, 1922 - March 25, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home On March 25, 2005 Mrs. Mary Guzyk of Sherwood Park (formerly of Ardrossan) passed away at the age of 82 years. She is survived by her loving husband William of 62 years; 2 daughters and 1 son, Christine (Peter) Albertine of Ardrossan, Geraldine Smit of Ardrossan, Arnold (Terri) Guzyk of London, Ontario; 6 grandchildren, Darren (Michelle) Smit, Trisha Albertine (Randy Warke), Joanne Smit, Terra Albertine (Neil Counsell), Trellia Albertine (Robbie Loveless), Jordan Guzyk; 2 greatgrandchildren, Lauren Smit, Garrett Smit; 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Mary is predeceased by her parents Trofim and Anastasia Kozak; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at 1:30 PM at Sherwood Park Pentecostal Assembly, 1 Brower Drive, Sherwood Park, with a pre service visitation at 12:30 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Gil Dimas. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Mary may be made to Sherwood Park Pentecostal Assembly Missions (Missionary Fund).
