HORAN, Peter James. Veteran of WWII. Passed away early Sunday morning, February 27, 2005, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Anderson), loving father of Peter and Patricia. Cherished father-in-law of Diane and friend to Ed. Adored grandfather of Peter F., Thomas, Nicholas and Bridget and step-grandfather to Greg, Christine and Danielle. He will also be missed by his brothers Leo, Jack, and Martin (predeceased by Harold, Barney, Patrick and Terry). Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Highway 20, Pointe-Claire (Cartier, Exit 49), (514) 483-1870, on Wednesday, March 2, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral to be held in the Collins Clarke Chapel, on Thursday, March 3, at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment of the ashes will take place privately at the Field of Honor at a later date. The family thanks Dr. Donald Ginsberg and the wonderful caring staff of the Palliative Care Unit of the Montreal General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Unit of the Montreal General Hospital, 1650 Cedar Ave., Montreal (QC), H3G 1A4 would be appreciated.
