PHILLIPS, Betty F. (nee Cadmus). Formerly of St. Lambert passed away peacefully in her eighty-second year on Sunday, February 27, 2005 in Plattsburgh, New York, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late William Phillips. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Rodger and Diane, Carol and Trevor. Cherished grandmother of Ryan, Bradley and Tracy.
