CADOGAN, Caliston - "Joe Crooks". Passed away on Monday, February 28, 2005 at the age of sixty-five years after a courageous battle with cancer. Left to mourn are his loving children Coleen, her husband Roland; Coltan, his wife Catherine; Lance, his wife Racquel; and his cherished grandchildren Tinisha, Jemilla, Olivia, Shenica, Jayden, Matthew, Victoria and great-grandchild Isaiah. Montreal's most recognized trumpet player will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Ste. Genevieve United Church, 4697 Blvd. St Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Friday, March 4, 2005 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Funeral service to follow immediately after visitation at 1 p.m. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 3/2/2005
