DAFOE, Grace. Entered into rest at her residence, Monday, February 28, 2005. The former Grace Halfkenny of R.R. #4, Mallorytown, aged seventy-seven years. Beloved wife of the late Morley Carleton Dafoe. Dear mother of Richard Halfkenny and Victor Halfkenny and his wife Ruth all of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Spencer Halfkenny. Stepmother of Wayne Dafoe and his wife Lise, Warren Dafoe and his wife Dora all of Montreal, Wanda Vezeau of Hartland, NB, Wendy Dafoe of Montreal, and Walter Dafoe and his Christine of Blainsville, QC. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren. Sister of Irma Smith, New Bedford, Mass., Lionel Halfkenny (Marilyn), Port Elgin, NB, Harold Halfkenny (Princess), Toronto, David Halfkenny (Dorothy), London, ON, George Halfkenny (Ingrid), Moncton, NB, Theresa Martin, Amherest, NS, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother Claude Halfkenny, two sisters Florence Phillips and Catherine Cook. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville, on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, March 5, 2005, at 3 p.m. Interment at a later date.
