Kenneth George DOVE

DOVE, Kenneth George "Ken" (Bell Canada-35 years) It is with great sadness that his family announces the peaceful passing of Kenneth George Dove, age 62, early on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre after a valiant battle with cancer. Ken will be deeply missed by his loving children, Kevin (Toronto), Karen (Whitehorse), his special friend, Laura Robertson and her family (Kanata), his former spouse, Anne Marie Dove (Orleans) and his many friends and co-workers. Before joining Bell in 1969, Ken proudly served with the Canadian Army in the Royal Canadian Signal Corps, 702 Com Squadron, CFB Petawawa and was part of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in the Belgian Congo. Ken was a member of the Bell Canada crew responsible for the installation of the original wiring for the Diefenbunker. Ken was also an instructor at the Bell Training School in Belleville, Ontario from 1977-1981. Ken was a member of the Special Assembly and Pricing Group for the last ten years where he achieved the title of Senior Special Assembly Engineer. The family would like to sincerely thank the 5th Floor Staff of the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre for their loving, tender care and support.
