OWENS, Doris (nee Green) Unexpectedly on Friday, March 4, 2005. Devoted and cherished mother of son Mark (Heather), daughter Cheryl Carboni and predeceased by son Charles. Beloved wife for 53 years of the late Ray Owens. She was treasured and will be sadly missed by grandchildren Robin, Kelly, Scott, Brad, Lesley and Cory. Predeceased by her very close and dear brothers Jim, Melvin, Clifford, Bob, and Cecil and sister-in-law Pat Green. She is survived by her loving brother Lloyd and sisters-in-law Agnes Green, Rita Green, and Bertie. She will be fondly remembered by her much loved cousin Marilyn, her many nieces and nephews, and by her very special friends Lucille Landreville and Kim Gribbon. The family's deepest appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Sabatino and staff and thanks to Dr. Yahyavi for her compassionate care. Friends and family may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2005. A Service of Remembrance will be held that evening at 6 p.m. in the Chapel followed by a reception. Spring interment at Dunning Cemetery, Gatineau, Quebec.
