TINKLER, Melvin Desmond. Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Tuesday, March 8, 2005. Melvin Tinkler, in his seventy-eighth year, was the beloved husband of Eileen Parkinson of Kirkfield, Ontario. Loving father of Glen and his wife Tracy of Tottenham, Ontario and Bruce and his wife Susan of Kirkfield, Ontario. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Carly, Courtney, Connor, Katelyn and Jordyn. Dear brother of Iris, Joyce, Ina and Benny all of Quebec, Gary of Calgary, Alberta and Ray and Myrna both predeceased. Friends are invited to call at the Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill St., Lindsay, Ontario K9V 2L1 (toll free 1-877-427-8434) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, March 12 from 12 noon until time of complete funeral service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
