KENDALL, Ward John MAY 24, 1951 - MARCH 9, 2005 Ward Kendall passed away at Elisabeth Bruyere in the Palliative Care Unit on the morning of March 09, 2005, after an on-going struggle with cancer. Beloved husband of Lina Jolivet. Son of the late Gardner Kendall and Cora Stowe. Survived by his brother Bill and two sisters Mary and Candace. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Ward's family would like to thank everyone for their generous support during the time of his illness. A special thank you to all of the staff, nurses, doctors and volunteers at the Elisabeth Bruyere hospital, they were a godsend to Ward and myself. Private family service.
