HAWES, Reverend Canon Albert E. Anglican Diocese of Montreal (Retired). Peacefully at the Sarsfield Colonial Nursing Home, Ottawa on Monday, March 21, 2005 at the age of ninety-four. Predeceased by his wife Margaret, their son William and his second wife Ellen. Cherished brother of Marjorie (Jack Sheppit). Beloved father of Elizabeth (Pierre Szekula), Robert (Brenda) and John. Will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren Paul (Samantha), John (Alex), Roberta (Alen), Tim (Laura), Erin, Matthew and great-grandchildren Jacob, Ella, Lucas, Devin, Randy and Chyann. The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff of the Sarsfield Colonial Nursing Home for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the charity of your choice or World Primate Relief Fund would be appreciated. Visitation will be held at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home in Pointe Claire, Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 12 until 2 p.m. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Resurrection, Pointe Claire, Quebec.
