FRENCH, Dorothy "Dot" (Retired, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.) Peacefully in a nursing home on Thursday, March 24, 2005 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Ab French. Dear step-mother of Bruce French (Jill) and Audrey Featherston (Keith). Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters, Marion Fredericks, Elsie Pearce (Herb), brother Bob Arbuckle (the late May) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her granddaughter Melanie French. Special thanks to nurse Kim, attendants Sarah, Monica and also to Angela Hallendy who conducted a pre-death and post-death service at Carlingview Manor. Visitation will be held at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt on Monday from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by interment at Pinecrest Cemetery.
