VINCENT, Mark RETIRED RCMP On Monday, March 21, 2005, Mark, in his 59th year. Mark is survived by his father Eugene Vincent (the late Frances Vincent), and his cherished daughter, Stacey. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, March 30, at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa), from 1 to 3 p.m. In memory of Mark, please continue to contribute to your favourite charity.
