HOFFMAN, Dr. Oscar In Ottawa on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at age 92. Husband of the late Evalena (nee Akin) and Lois (nee Dixon). Dear father of Joan Moss (John) of Midland, ON and Sally Hoffman of Toronto. Also survived by his sister Rene Pasis (the late Leslie) of Hamilton, ON. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Kevin, Erin and Chris and dear uncle of Harvey Pasis.
