Winnifred Louise Hatcher January 13, 1917 - March 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Halifax) HATCHER, Winnifred Louise - 88, Halifax, passed away, March 26, 2005, in Glades Lodge. Born in Ramea, NL, she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Kendall) Scott. She had been a faithful parishioner of St. Philips Anglican Church. She is survived by her daughter, Heather (Bruce McOrmond) Hatcher, Halifax; brother, Philip Scott, Grand Bank, NL; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Freeman; sisters, Gertrude, Dorothy, Josephine; brothers, Allan, William, Dorman, and Ira. Visitation will take place from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Atlantic Funeral Homes, 6552 Bayers Rd., with memorial service at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Philips Anglican Church, Rev. Dr. Brian J. Spence officiating. Burial will follow in St. Albans Columbarium in The Cathedral Church of All Saints.
