Ella BOYLE

Ella Austin SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Ella Austin, age 84, widow of Ernest Austin, of Sackville occurred at the Spencer's Memorial Home in Moncton on Saturday, March 26, 2005. Born in New Haven, PEI, she was a daughter of the late R. Brewer and Sarah (MacFadyen) Boyle. Ella was a Nurse's Aid at the Drew Nursing Home in Sackville for 15 years. She was a member of the Sackville United Church, the UCW and active in all aspects of the United Church of Canada. She will be fondly remembered by a step-son, Herbert (Elda) Austin of Grand Valley, ON; three step-daughters, Marie Anthony, Calgary, AB, Eleanor (Dennis) Johnson, Mississauga, ON and Doris Colbourne, Cornwall, ON; 16 step-grandchildren; one brother, Everett (Mildred) Boyle, Cornwall, PEI; two sisters, Margaret (Hector) MacNevin, Canoe Cove, PEI, and Eileen Saunders, Bethany, ON. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Austin in 1979; by a step-son, Douglas; and a brother, Elmer. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300) with visitation Tuesday from 5 to 7:30 pm, followed by a Funeral Service conducted by Rev. Dr. Jamie Gripton. The remains will then be forwarded to the Cornwall United Church, Cornwall, PEI to rest in the church on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 from 12 pm to the time of the Funeral Service at 2 pm. Burial in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sackville United Church, the Dr. Georges-L.
