Stanley George (Harvey ) Harper 1919 - 2005 Stanley George (Harvey) Harper passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at the age of 85 years. Stanley Served in the Royal Air Force from 1939 to 1945 - in Italy, France and N. Africa. He came to Canada in 1957. He retired in 1982 after 22 years with the City of Moncton serving variously as Cost Accountant, BudgetOfficer and Internal Auditor. Stanley wished to be remembered as a man of sincerity with deep senses of independence and honesty. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; and his daughter, Anne Harper (Chris) of Boudreau West, NB; his grandson, Gordon MacDonald (Shelley) of Boudreau West, NB and two special great grandchildren, Maddison and Mekenzie and one niece and nephew of Essex, England. He was predeceased by his sister, Winifred of Essex, England. There will be no visitation at Stanley's request. A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in the spring.
