Dorothy May Unrau (née Mooney) July 03, 1926 - April 02, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Duncan) Passed away peacefully on April 2, 2005 at Cowichan District Hospital. Born on July 3, 1926 in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan. Predeceased by brother Delmer Mooney and sister Bernice and brother-in-law Walter Kenyon. Survived by son David Unrau of Moosejaw, SK; daughters Susan (Jerry) Mugridge of Westbank, BC and Shelley Unrau of Cobble Hill, BC; three grandchildren Stephan Unrau, Bettina Unrau and William Mugridge; also her sister Mavis Allen of Langley, BC. Dorothy taught school for many years in Saskatchewan, Langley and Penticton. She was noted for her knitting and had a “Rogues Gallery” of relatives and grandchildren. Flowers gratefully declined.
