STARKEY, JAMES WILLIAM "JIM" - Of Lower Greenwich died peacefully at his residence on April 7, 2005. He was born in Coles Island and was the son of the late Stephen and Rachel (McKnight) Starkey and husband of Velva Starkey. In addition to his wife he is survived by one stepson Allan Wheaton (Jo), one stepdaughter Judith "Judy" (Thomas), two brothers; Archie (Bertha) and Daniel. Following cremation, a memorial service and burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to A. W.
