GAUTHIER, Marie (née Labbé) ---- The family announces with sorrow her death, Saturday January 8th, 2005, in Sudbury, at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Alfred and of the late Roxanne (née Boulay) Labbé. Wife of the late Thomas Gauthier. Loving mother of Murielle Provincial (Bill) and Françoise Roy (Marcel) all of Sudbury and Jean-Marc of Georgetown. Dear sister of Germaine McCormick of Toronto, Armand Labbé (Isabelle) and Marie-Ann Adams (late Gerry) all of Sudbury. Predeceased by her sisters Veronique Lepage (late John), Marie-Blanche Maxwell and by her brother Gerry Labbé. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren Martin Roy (Tina Tessier) and Lyanne Roy (Daniel Young) all of Barry, Stephanie Dakin (Charles), Anne Reid (Keith) and Tracy Richer (Jamie) all of Sudbury, Nicholas Gauthier, Mathieu Gauthier and Emily Gauthier all of Georgetown and by her 6 great grandchildren Whitney Reid, Alicia Reid, Justin Richer, Emilie Richer, Isabelle Dakin and Caleb Dakin. The family would like to thank Dr. Monique Bélanger of the "centre de santé communautaire" for always going out of her way to provide outstanding care for their mother. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. , East (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Monday evening from 7-9:30 p. m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday January 11th, 2005, at 10 a. m. in Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church, Sudbury. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
