BIRMINGHAM, Julia (Rannelli) ----In loving memory of Julia Birmingham (Rannelli), 85 years who passed away Wednesday, January 12th, 2005 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. Born in Coniston, she married Justin in Sudbury, in 1941. Julia worked at Sears, where she met Justin and they owned and operated Birmingham Interiors for 25 years, retiring in 1970. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Parish, the Caruso Senior Citizen's Club and the Older Adult Center. Julia enjoyed bowling, she was a computer enthusiast and skilled in many crafts. She was an active and independent lady who always put her family first. Beloved wife of Justin Birmingham predeceased 1995. Loving mother Patrick (wife Elaine), Greta (husband Joseph Barazzutti) and Judith (husband Balfour Thomas) all of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (wife Paulette), Michael (friend Sharon), Susan, Deborah (husband Chuck Viau), Michael (wife Sue), Joseph (wife Lisa) and great grandchildren Sarah, Justin, Bre-Ann, Carissa, Sarah and Johnathan. Dear daughter of Frank and Jenny Rannelli both predeceased. Dear sister of Bertha of Hamilton, Joe, May, Raymond, Guerino and Lilly all predeceased. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Hope Church, Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 10 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. Donations to Heart and Stroke Fund or charity of your choice would be appreciated. Prayers 3 p.m. Friday.
