ZINKIE, Elmer "Paul" Dwight ---- In loving memory of "Paul" D. Zinkie, 56 years, who passed away Saturday morning, January 22nd, 2005 at the Carpenter Hospice, Burlington. Paul had been a dedicated teacher and administrator with Sudbury Board of Education retiring in 2000 with 30 year service. Paul had a "Joie de vivre" and a passion for life that inspired all who knew him. He was the first conductor of the Interlink Choir which included both students and seniors. He was a puppeteer at Camp Quality helping to teach and empower children about cancer and treatments. A well loved and familiar face in professional and amateur theater productions. Survived by his loving daughter Kirsten Zinkie; his wife Maureen Masecar, his brothers Ron, John (Susanne) and Mervin (Patti). Also sadly missed by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Elizabeth Zinkie. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Funeral Service in St. Peter's United Church, 203 York St., Sudbury, Wednesday, January 26th, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Carpenter Hospice, Burlington or charity of choice would be appreciated.
