Manfred Albert Hirschbach STEEVES SETTLEMENT, NB - Manfred Albert Hirschbach of Steeves Settlement, age 72, passed away, Thursday, April 7, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born November 11, 1932 in Mettlach, Germany, he was a son of the late Edmund and Kathorin Hirschbach. In earlier years, he had been a painter with Villeroy & Bach, and in later years, in New Brunswick, a beef farmer. He was a member of the New Brunswick Agricultural Society, as well as a former member of the Petitcodiac Gun Club. He is survived by his wife, Joan (Faulkner); step-daughter, Barb Conti of Chicago and her children, Bob (Brenda) and Julie both of Chicago, as well as her grandchildren, Ryan and Colin; brother, Edmund of Germany. He was predeceased by a step-son, Greg Hogan; sisters, Edith, Marianne; brother, Gisbert.
