Ralph Donald Swan December 26, 1916 - April 09, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Lower Sackville) SWAN, Ralph Donald - 88, Bedford, passed away April 9, 2005, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Wentworth, Colchester Co., he was a son of the late John D. and Kate Blanche (Johnston) Swan (Oxford). He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Issie (LeBlanc); sons and daughters, Bob (Brenda) Swan, Jasper, Ont.; Anna (Jack) LeCasse, Halifax; Trisha (Sandy) Haddow, Langley, B.C.; Noreen (Bob) McClair, Waverley; John (Beverly) Swan, Waverley; Brenda (Blaine) Daniels, Windsor Forks; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Marjorie Grace Scott; sisters, Elsie Ferguson and Annie Lou Wright. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, in Royal Canadian Legion Dieppe No. 90, Waverley, with reception to follow. Private family burial in Oakridge Memory Gardens Wednesday, April 13. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arthritis Society or Royal Canadian Legion Dieppe No. 90 Building Fund.
